Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of yunsan.studio (the “website”) and to video editing and related creative services provided by Yunsan Studio (“we”, “us”). By using the website or engaging our services you agree to these terms. If a signed proposal or contract with you says something different, that document takes priority for that project.
1. Using the website
You may browse the website for personal and business purposes. You may not copy, republish or sell its content, artwork or code without our written permission, attempt to disrupt the website, or use it for anything unlawful.
2. Proposals and quotes
After an initial conversation we send a written proposal describing the deliverables, number of review rounds, schedule and price. A project starts once you accept the proposal in writing and any agreed deposit has been received. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless the proposal states otherwise.
3. Payment
Fees, currency, payment schedule and accepted payment methods are set out in each proposal. Final files are delivered once the agreed fees have been paid in full. Work requested beyond the agreed scope is quoted separately before it begins.
4. Your materials
You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, all footage, music, images, fonts, trademarks and other materials you provide to us, and that using them in your project will not infringe anyone else’s rights. Where we source stock media or music on your behalf, its licence terms apply and any licence fees are listed in the proposal.
5. Reviews and revisions
Each proposal states how many review rounds are included. Feedback should be consolidated and sent within the timeframe agreed for each round. Changes after approval, or beyond the included rounds, may be charged at the rate stated in the proposal.
6. Ownership and portfolio use
Once the fees for a project are paid in full, you own the final delivered edits, subject to the rights in any third-party materials. We keep ownership of our working methods, templates and tools. Unless you ask us not to in writing, we may show finished work, or short excerpts of it, in our portfolio and on our social channels after it has been publicly released.
7. Confidentiality
We keep unreleased footage, project details and business information you share with us confidential and use it only to deliver your project. We are happy to sign a separate non-disclosure agreement on request.
8. Cancellation
Either party may end a project by written notice. You pay for work completed up to the date of cancellation and for any third-party costs already committed. Deposits cover scheduling and pre-production and are non-refundable once work has started, unless the proposal says otherwise.
9. Liability
We take care to deliver work on time and to a high standard. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the fees you paid for that project, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as loss of revenue, views or opportunities.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the version published here applies to new projects. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

Cookies
The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It keeps a few small settings in your browser so the site remembers how you left it: your Dark or Corporate theme, sound on or off and its volume, which videos you have watched, your best game score, and whether this device should get the lighter version of the site. A few session values, such as whether the opening animation has already played, are cleared when you close the tab. None of this is sent to us. YouTube may set cookies when you play an embedded video. You can clear this data at any time in your browser settings, or by opening the site with ?reset at the end of the address.
